The saying “You can’t see the forest for the trees” basically means that a person loses sight of the big picture because they get lost in the details. That statement applies to many of us. The most productive work environment for both employer and employees provides a clear understanding of what needs to be accomplished in a given period of time. By sorting out what you should be working on, it will be easier to stay focused and you’ll be less likely to get distracted.
